About Kathryn
Native Spanish flows through my speech as naturally as the music I play. I have guided 174 students toward their performance potential since graduating from JMC Academy. My pedagogical roots grow from the bolero and flamenco styles that shaped my early life.
Vocal health and care remain the center of our work. Diction and articulation improve through consistent, rhythmic practice. You develop a stronger connection to your breath and vibrato.
7 years of teaching experience informs my steady guidance. I promise to keep the atmosphere light and focused on your growth.

Warm up exercises make your voice feel supple and ready for the stage. I admit that hearing a student find their resonance is the best part of my day.
We combine breathing control with sight singing to build your confidence. Performance confidence comes from mastering these fundamental mechanics. My background allows me to support teens and performance students effectively. I offer a diagnostic vocal assessment for every new student.
7 years of practice helps me identify your needs quickly. You will find that these methods make complex songs feel achievable. Enjoy the rhythmic journey of your own voice with me.
