About Geraldine

Hello! I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work with you as your coach. My name is Geraldine, and I bring over eight years of volleyball experience to the table. I've played at various levels, including three years with a competitive club volleyball team and two years on my high school team.

My passion for volleyball goes hand-in-hand with my commitment to health and wellness. This love for the game, combined with my background, equips me with a unique perspective on both the technical and physical aspects of volleyball. I’m dedicated to sharing my knowledge and helping you develop your skills, enhance your stamina, and prepare thoroughly for high school or club tryouts.

Whether you’re looking to refine your basic skills like passing, setting, and hitting, or you want to master different types of plays such as down balls, free balls, and short balls, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s work together to elevate your game and make your volleyball aspirations a reality!

About the lesson

As your coach, I am dedicated to helping you grow as a volleyball player and achieve your full potential on the court. My goal is to provide you with the techniques and knowledge you need to excel, whether you’re preparing for high school or club tryouts! I will help you stand out and perform confidently with 1:1 training and $30/session.

Here’s how we’ll work together to enhance your skills:

Increasing Stamina and Conditioning: We’ll focus on improving your overall fitness with tailored conditioning exercises designed to boost your endurance, strength, and agility. This will help you perform at your best throughout the game and stay competitive.

Enhancing Basic Volleyball Skills: You’ll learn and refine essential techniques for passing, setting, and hitting. We’ll work on perfecting your form and execution to ensure you’re confident and effective in these fundamental areas.

Mastering Different Types of Balls: We’ll cover various types of plays, including down balls, free balls, and short balls. Understanding and mastering these different ball types will make you a versatile and strategic player.

Technical Skills and Volleyball Terms: I’ll introduce you to crucial technical skills and terminology used in volleyball. This knowledge will help you communicate effectively with your teammates and understand game strategies better.
