About Ravichandra
Hello! After a highly rewarding 22-year career as a Senior Scientist at a global MNC, researching with high-performance computers, earning 8 international patents and publishing more than 25 papers in international journals and conferences, I decided to return to my first true love: teaching.
I completed my Mechanical Engineering degree at Andhra University and went directly to IIT Delhi for my PhD. While I loved the world of cutting-edge research, I am now dedicated to mentoring students in Classes 10, 11, and 12, helping them navigate Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry with confidence and ease.

My Teaching Philosophy
• From Fear to Confidence: Math and Science can feel intimidating. I break down complex concepts into simple, relatable stories, changing "I can't do this" to "This actually makes sense!"
• Real-World Inspiration: Because I spent over two decades in global research, I don't just teach formulas from a textbook. I show students how these ideas build real-world rockets, engines, and technologies, making learning exciting.
• A Safe Space to Learn: Every student learns at their own pace. My classes are a friendly, patient environment where no question is too small, and mistakes are celebrated as part of the learning process.
• Building Thinkers, Not Memorizers: I focus deeply on logic and understanding. Once a student learns how to think, exam stress naturally disappears, and high scores follow.
