About Pru
Originally from Sydney, I grew up in a musical family and was involved in dance from a very young age. As I got older I then began to branch out into music, singing and acting through private tuition, then eventually through school and community theatre.
During my school years I appeared in the NSW Schools Spectacular as a Featured Vocalist, as well as a Featured Vocalist at the NSW Arts Unit's Arts North Secondary Music Festival, before then being invited to perform as a soloist at the Arts North Primary Music Festival at Sydney Opera House.
I graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2018 with a BA in Music Theatre, where I had the opportunity to portray many roles including Dot in Sunday in the Park With George, Vanessa in In the Heights, and Simon in Lord of the Flies. I was also a recipient of the annual Leslie Andersen Award.
Since graduating I have appeared in national commercials, as well as live theatre, including Not All Dictators and Same But Different at La Mama Theatre. I have also participated in numerous workshops for new works, including some of my own.
I thoroughly enjoy teaching and always welcome the opportunity to work with new people, learn about each singer, their musical interests and goals, and what makes them tick. Sharing the love for our craft is one of the greatest things we can do as artists.

Hey everyone.
I’m a Melbourne-based singing teacher and professional actor with a BA in Music Theatre from WAAPA.
I have been teaching private singing lessons for all ages and levels for nearly 10 years.
While my specialty is musical theatre, I am also experienced in classical, jazz, folk, indie and pop.
In addition to vocal training, our lessons may also cover music theory, stagecraft, acting, scene work, audition prep, and repertoire.
My rates are:
$45 for 30min
$70 for 1 hour
I have a current Victoria WWCC.
