I can coach tumbling / floor skills to boys and girls (e.g on your Airtrack at home). I can also coach Women Artistic Gymnastics (Recreational, and skills from Levels 1 to 6) if you have your own bars or beam at home. I can also coach strength / flexibility / mobility for gymnastics (e.g for handstands, for splits, etc.).
During my years as a coach, I had the opportunity to coach multiple times one o one private classes at the gym, helping students achieve goals, among which:
• Learning handstand basics (shoulder flexibility and strength)
• Learning beginner gymnastics (forward rolls on floor and on bars, relevé walk and half turns on beam )
• Learning front and back handsprings on the Airtrack and flips (front tucks, back tucks) on the trampoline.
