In the past, I have done many group sessions in circuit style which are very effective for both fitness and muscle strengthening in my experience! Depending on group size or individual prefferences, I will make the a workout that suits you.
I'm Sophie and I want to help you become fitter and stronger in a safe way! I'm from Amsterdam and went to America to study with an athletic scholarship. I trained 2/3 hours a day so I know what training hard is ;) I have had different group sessions mostly based on different muscle groups, weight loss, fitness etc. at Trinity Residential College and would like to help even more people out!
