About Averill

My name is Averill, but you can call me "Abey". I grew up in the USA and have always enjoyed playing basketball. The problem was that when I was growing up, I never really played that well. I just "survived" while playing with my brothers and sisters. For many years after the introduction of laptops, awesome games, and cool cell phones, we stopped playing ball. It has only been in the recent few years that I've really put in effort to actually play well and it has been a really fun journey. I've gotten much better than I used to be, and I believe all that I've learned, I can teach someone else.

About the lesson

You go out to play some b-ball with friends, but there's a problem: YOU CAN'T PLAY THAT WELL, but you still want to enjoy playing. You dribble a little and with the littlest pressure, you STOP and FREEZE. Now, all you can do is pass or shoot, but wait, you can't shoot well and passing might also fail. I know, I know. I've been there. Now, that's a thing of the past. I've learned a lot practicing and I want to teach you everything I've learned so you can have that much desired confidence. We'll do the BASICS and on to more ADVANCED stuff while ENJOYING EXERCISE and PLAYING BASKETBALL. You'll learn quickly. I want YOU to be ABLE TO DEFEAT ME in basketball. This is great for people wanting to LOSE WEIGHT FASTER, build endurance, or just wanting to learn to play basketball. Come on, LET'S PLAY!
