I prefer using interesting book, movies and music to have a basic and useful vocabulary and pronunciation. I think one hour per time is enough to focus and really learn a few fundamentals of the language. My lessons are for any age or level, but mostly for people that are interested on knowing how to briefly communicate when they have any contact with Italian speakers.
being able to understand and respond in another language is a privilege that is becoming more and more valuable in life.
