Perfect! John is very compassionate, he explained me everything in detail and made it so that i was safe before and after my session. Gave me plenty of tips for how to improve and reach my goals in a timely manner. He was very open to using online resources that motivate me towards my goals. Definitely going to take more lessons from him. Superb personality, did not judge my 130kg body, instead helped me overcome my anxiety of being watched by just keeping me engaged in conversation, he also prepared me mentally to push myself in the next lesson.
