I'm Naturopathy and Yogic physician . I will teach the yoga class for interested mannar.
I help to you for maintenance the body and over all health.I will instructor various yoga postures, focusing on relaxation techniques for stress relief, Weightloss management, pcod management for hormonal imbalance and yoga for back pain relief for spinal health.I offer yoga instruction and comprehensive diet services, including personalized nutrition planning, healthy eating guidance and customized meal planning for various health objectives.
