About Suraj
I have a degree in Biomedical Sciences, specialising in the fields of Pharmacology and Genetics. I used to teach in universities in small group settings and practical sessions in the biomedical fields and am willing to bring that knowledge and skill to teaching high school students in biology and chemistry. I am currently teaching in high school.

My teaching method is based on understanding and on student interaction. I work on the philosophy of getting the students to explain their understanding for each step before I correct them or move on. I am a strong believer of learning through mistakes and will usually tailor teaching to show why certain concepts cannot happen, rather than just present them with facts and saying this is just how it is.
