About Patience O A
I started off as an HR practitioner with a 2nd class upper certificate in HR from Central University Ghana. After years of unfulfillment I resigned and went into education.
I have a certificate in Child Care and Early Development from a UK college, an Applied Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy from a Ghana college, Jolly Phonics certificates and some other specialised trainings in Early Years education.
While my training empowers me to teach both pre and primary school, my interest has always been with pre-school, age 0 - 6. And this has been my focus over the past 7 years.
Every child I have taught in the KG graduation class have excellently performed in their new school and class.
I bring out the best in every child because I teach every child based on his/her strength.

I work with the Montessori structure of teaching. Children at this age are meant to have fun while they learn. Anything too serious and you lose the child's attention. So I create a fun environment for each child because the assimilation ability of each child is different. Each child is unique.
