About Cecilia

For the past two decades, I've dedicated myself to teaching. As a native Spanish speaker, I infuse my lessons with a deep passion and rich understanding of Spanish language and culture every day. Holding a California Clear Single Subject Teaching Credential for ages Pre-K to adults and being a National Board Certified Teacher, I've had the privilege of instructing students across K-12, University, and adult education settings.

My teaching approach is grounded in differentiation techniques, tailored to meet the unique learning needs of each individual. I strive to instill motivation and active engagement, prioritizing comprehension over mere memorization. Recognizing that learning extends beyond the classroom, I provide students with stimulating assignments designed to deepen their understanding outside of regular lesson times.

Maintaining an open-door policy and ensuring transparency with parents/guardians, I offer regular progress reports and assessments to keep everyone informed. I'm excited to work together with you to help you succeed in your academic journey!

About the lesson

In each lesson, I strive to create inclusive and engaging environments where the student feels safe and comfortable to learn. As a native Spanish speaker, I specialize in crafting lessons tailored to the unique learning abilities of each individual so that they can reach their full potential. What distinguishes me from other educators is my easy-going, caring, and friendly approach, my commitment to personalized teaching, and creative curriculum development. This ensures that every learner feels encouraged and motivated to succeed on their language learning path.
