About Edel
Hi My name is Edel. I am originally from Ireland and have been living here 11 years. I found yoga 10 years ago and it has honestly been a transformation experience. Iitally i did go to lose weight however over the years i find the mat is more about healing and a form of therapy. I am very passionate about teaching as it has support me through lots of struggles in my life.

I teach with a strong emphasis on breath and anatomy My background is in physio which ensure you are learning from the best and are safe in your practice. We can work with how you are feeling on the day and tailor the class to suit your needs to ensure you walk about feeling refreshed and balance.
