My lessons are designed to help Grade 11 and 12 Mathematics learners develop a deep understanding of concepts rather than simply memorising procedures. As a Computer Science student at the University of the Witwatersrand, I have a strong analytical and problem-solving background that I use to make complex mathematical concepts easier to understand.
I believe every learner can succeed in Mathematics with the right guidance, practice, and mindset. My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student's needs. I begin by identifying areas of difficulty and then create a structured plan to strengthen understanding and build confidence.
A typical lesson includes concept explanations, worked examples, guided practice, and exam-style questions. I also focus on problem-solving techniques, common mistakes, and effective study strategies to help learners perform well in tests and examinations.
