About Shamima

I am a school chess teacher based in London! I have two schools and two after-school chess clubs. Now I am offering private and group lessons online or at home/specific location for clubs. I have 5 years of experience teaching at an international level.

About the lesson

My main goal when teaching is to explain the very basics, the strategy of chess which can help anyone to improve their level. I always share the chess history of legends so it will not only inspire but also enhance the knowledge. I demonstrate and discuss the games of world champions with my students, I do analyse my students' games. I teach basic moves, basic endgames, principles of chess. I believe that this approach is always prompting and enjoyable.
