I am a Java developer working in one of the world known CMM level 5 company. I have trained almost 50 students till now as I only prefer training sessions on weekends but if office timing permits me and it suits you as well then we can have classes on weekday morning.

First I give background of topic, after covering the theoretical part I jumped into hands on. Trainees always like my methodology as they get confidence in topic after having the hands dirty by doing code on machine. I also provide docs of the topic covered, trainees don't need to write anything while session.
