I am a psychologist from India, and have expertise in meditation, yoga and well-being. I am also a practitioner of Pranic healing, which is an effective energy healing modality for physical and psychological wellness. I customise interventions and well-being techniques to suit the needs of the individual, be it a child, adolescent or an adult.
