About Musawenkosi
I am a writer and poet. I studied financial management in school. And pursued a career as a writer and poet. I have been writing since 2008 and started performing in 2018. I once came second place in a poetry slam (writers inc, spring poetry slam in 2018). My poems are uploaded on YouTube (Musawenkosi Jacques) and my Instagram account @Musawenkosi_southafrican_poet.

My method of teaching poetry or expressive writing is to allow the student to write their truth and assist them in becoming more aware of their strengths and weaknesses. I will provide a subject matter and we will both (student and tutor) write a poem and critic each other. I learn as I teach and teach as I learn. I believe one becomes a better writer then they invest in writing as much as they possibly can.
