I am an experienced Gymnast and Cheerleader with 19 years personal experience with both parents as gymnastic coaches . I have been giving lessons and coaching at private Gyms for 3 Years and I am also currently completing Bachelor of Education.

I Base my classes on the skills of the student and what the student and I agree their ability is. I believe conditioning assists majorly in both Gymnastics and Cheerleading. Flexibility and strength are key components of physical success In this sport but heart and confidence are the mental components. PERFECT practice makes perfect because if you are practicing the wrong technique you will find it harder to correct.
