About Lily
I want to teach because I understand that every student learns differently, and sometimes all it takes is a different explanation for a concept to finally click. I enjoy helping younger students gain confidence in their abilities and watching them progress from feeling unsure to solving problems independently. Mathematics can seem overwhelming at times, and I want to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and developing skills that will support them throughout their education.

I specialise in breaking mathematics down into its simplest steps so students can build confidence and understanding from the ground up. I use visual explanations, real-life examples, drawings, and easy-to-follow methods to make challenging concepts feel approachable. My goal is to help primary school students understand not just how to solve a problem, but why it works, creating a strong foundation for future learning while keeping lessons engaging, supportive, and enjoyable.
