I have experience in teaching beginners and intermediate players. I'm friendly and by no means harsh, but I always want to make sure you are doing the required work and enjoy the lesson and the game as well. After all that's why we play chess.

I like to use the lessons also as an opportunity to connect with the student. Whether your goal is to eventually become a master or just to beat your friend, I believe a good, friendly relationship with your teacher can help your understanding of the game. I have multiple ideas for the lessons including opening preparation, game analysis, puzzles, strategy training and more. Of course all of those skills are important, but it's my goal to adjust the plan to what you want to work on.
