About Jack
I am a Year 10 student at a prestigious Melbourne private school. I am currently completing an accelerated Methods course, meaning I will be taking Methods 3/4 next year. I am also the recipient of the Best in School Award for the Australian Math Competition, which highlights my math abilities. I have also had extensive experience with tutoring as well as leadership courses, thus meaning that I will be well-versed to teach all kinds of students.

My lessons focus on adaptive learning based on the students learning and abilities. Understanding a student's ability is crucial to being able to actually engage with a student. Gaining student engagement is vital which is why my lessons are delivered with a conversational and relaxed approach tailored to each student as opposed to a strict lecture style approach.
A typical lesson would go for 60 minutes however if special lessons for exam preparation or competition preparation are needed, I am happy to organise those.
I have over 2 years experience with tutoring younger students at a continuous tutoring program offered by my school. As a result, I am well-versed in tutoring students in year levels below Year 9.
