Hi everybody, my name is Rita! I am a current year 11 student doing advanced mathematics. I am super passionate about teaching maths as it is my favourite subject. I try to make the lessons as fun and flexible as possible while learning plenty. I'm also highly motivated in making sure you understand all the concepts you want and need. (:

What I like to do is figure out what the students already know, then I like to teach them the concept and give them an easy way to remember it. We do a few easy and challenging examples together to make sure they understand the concept and give them a little bit of revision for the next week. Typical length of a lesson would be anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on how much we need to cover. My lessons could work from kindergarten until year 9. I had experience teaching a little bit of mathematics to a group of year 2's at my local primary school and tutored a year 8 student in some basic mathematic concepts. My dad is a maths teacher which is where this stems from.
