About Nicholas

I started in EMS at 15 years old. My 3rd day on the ambulance I got 22 calls, and I was hooked. Since then, I joined the fire service as well, and have been a firefighter for over 10 years. I've worked rural, suburban, and urban ambulance services, been on thousands of calls and served as training officer for my agencies. I maintain the professionalism in my teaching that I demanded from myself in my work, and I look forward to working with you

About the lesson

I try to personalize my style as much as possible. We typically start with basic concepts and terminology, and I try to foster genuine curiosity and interest along the way! My defining characteristic is a true passion for my subject matter, and my deep drive to get the right knowledge out there. My lessons are for everyone from brand new people to the first response field to long time responders, and I love every minute of teaching
