About Newfield
As a teacher for over 20 years, I have taught 5th - 9th grade math and feel confident that I can provide the skills needed to help students fill the missing gaps in their math toolbox and provide them with the insight to achieve at the next level.

My tutoring sessions will typically be centered around the students current work needs in the class in which they are enrolled. At times I will provide lessons that will focus on upcoming skills or even remedial skills that could be based on the student or guardian's request.
I do best with students who are performing below grade level, but am willing to work with students who are on grade level who just want to get more confident in their skills.
