My 13 years of industry work means I teach you professional practices rather than academic theory. Everything I teach stems from my background in quant finance at Macquarie.

Coding became my life when I transitioned from high-level finance into teaching after 13 years at a Sydney fintech. You need to understand that writing clean code is about logic, not just syntax. I hold a BCom in Econ and Finance from ANU which sharpened my ability to approach algorithms mathematically. My 6 years of experience ensures I can debug complex Python or Java scripts with ease.
You will find that my approach prioritizes debugging techniques and efficient problem solving. Version control via Git is non-negotiable in my workflow.
I am here to help you navigate HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals. Coding is simply a language for solving hard problems. I still spend my weekends solving competitive programming challenges to keep my own skills sharp.
