I base my classes on my own practical experience and with an understanding of what industry is looking for in new Chefs entering the industry, both theory and practical lessons are paced at the students skill level with a view of helping the student to understand industry requirements, having worked in non english speaking countries, I am used to overcoming language barriers with a high success rate.
I am an international Chef who has worked around the world, formally trained and qualified to teach up to Advanced Diploma of Hospitality. Trade skills in Pastry, Baking and general cooking with experience working with some of the top Chefs both here and overseas.
