About Elton

I graduated from North Sydney Boys High School with a 99.70 ATAR (96 in Chemistry, 93 in Physics) and hold a Finance degree from UNSW. As the founder and head tutor of Ryse Academy, I have spent the last five years mentoring high school students to achieve top Band 6 results and state-level ranks. My teaching philosophy centers on sustainable high performance: mastering syllabus mechanics, dissecting NESA marking guidelines, and teaching students how to study with precision without burning out during the HSC journey.

About the lesson

Lessons are delivered in our professional teaching suite in Bankstown, structured around active learning and strict exam execution rather than passive theory.

Each standard session runs for 2 hours and is tailored around our custom weekly theory booklets and targeted homework problem sets. We focus directly on breaking down NESA syllabus mechanics, tackling multi-mark response structures, and unpacking common exam traps.

Classes are designed for Year 11 and Year 12 HSC Physics and Chemistry students, as well as Year 9–10 students looking to build strong mathematical and scientific foundations before senior STEM.
