About Gregory
"Learning a new language is often about unlearning the fear of making mistakes. I am a neurodivergent-affirming tutor who rejects the idea that there is only one correct way to process English syntax. My Monash degree and 13 years of experience inform how I teach academic writing and everyday conversation skills. I support working professionals and students who need to refine their listening comprehension or accent softening.
Many of my students are balancing high-pressure IELTS or TOEFL exams alongside their daily responsibilities. I ensure my feedback remains grounded in logic and empathy to keep your progress moving forward."

"Walking into a session with me sometimes feels like sitting down with a coach who is honest about how much effort language acquisition requires. I confess that I prefer showing you the underlying mechanics of idioms rather than asking you to memorize long, disconnected lists. We tackle academic writing by breaking down complex prompts into manageable structural blocks for every student.
My lessons are built for adult learners who need to boost their speaking confidence in professional settings. You will find that my 13 years of teaching experience help me explain nuances in pronunciation that other instructors often skip over.
I provide free access to my personal vocabulary notes so you have a reliable resource to consult between our meetings. We focus heavily on listening comprehension through materials that actually matter to your specific life goals. There is something truly satisfying about watching a student finally grasp the rhythm of a natural English sentence.
