About Grace
Teaching feels like sharing a secret language that took 13 years to decode. The smell of old mahogany and glowing vacuum tubes reminds me of every stage I have ever stepped onto.
After 14 plus years of gigging with just a guitar and a mic, I have learned what works and what falls apart under a spotlight. These real, usable performance skills define my approach. My diploma from the Musicians Institute in Hollywood gave me the technical foundation, but the road provided the perspective. Students often ask why I focus on the grit of the music.
Blues progressions and chord transitions require a specific touch that only comes from deep practice. I have helped many kids, working professionals, and returning learners find their sound. Reading tabs or mastering strumming patterns matters less than how you hold the room.
Music theory serves as the map for this journey. I enjoy watching people find their voice through lead guitar and proper maintenance. Writing songs is the best way to keep this tradition alive for the next generation. I play the sacred and the secular side of the craft and hope to share that with you.

Confidence grows when you realize that technical mistakes rarely ruin a performance. You know, most people think they need to be perfect to play in front of an audience. We look at tuning and maintenance so your gear never lets you down during a set. My teaching relies on the same methods I refined while gigging across the country.
I hold a diploma from the Musicians Institute and prioritize functional playing over robotic drills. Theory helps you understand why those chord transitions work together so well. You gain clarity when we break down the mechanics of the neck. I provide a monthly recorded review of progress to track your development over time.
Let us focus on making your playing feel as natural as breathing. This approach stays flexible because your goals are the priority.
