My background includes a Bachelor of Music from the Australian Institute of Music where I spent years developing techniques for pop and contemporary performance. Throughout my time working with 381 students, I have focused on the importance of posture and hand position as the foundation for better expression.

The first meeting begins with a diagnostic playing assessment to determine your current technical level and your goals. Using this data, I will help you craft an 8.0 out of 10 level learning plan that addresses your unique strengths and areas for growth. My 6 years of experience informs how I balance theory with the practical application of playing pop and contemporary pieces. You will find that my approach is calm and detail-oriented, focusing on the mechanical aspects of your posture and technique alongside your emotional expression.
I hold a Bachelor of Music, which allows me to explain complex concepts in a way that is accessible for any student. We will spend our time on specific exercises that improve your dexterity and overall musicality.
