About Marta
Swimming has been always part of my life and one of the things that made me so happy and that´s why I enjoy teaching others to meet the feeling of water and all the values that this sport has to show us. Now that I moved from Spain to Brisbane, I´d love to continue teaching and sharing this feeling from my expertise and knowledge with everyone who needs it.

Besides being a professional swimmer for 12 years, I´ve been since I was 17 years old giving swimming lessons to children, teenagers, and adults. My lessons are really practical and focus on the techniques (which are the main reasons someone starts improving their swimming). I adapt myself to every customer and I try to listen and notice how everyone is feeling.
As for my qualifications I have my CPR course (I´ve been a lifeguard for 3 years and a teacher lifeguard for 5 years) and my lifeguard qualification as well.

Perfect! Marta is really good in communicating with my 6 years old daughter. Her techniques took my daughter to the next level while making it an enjoyable experience.
Perfect! Very patient, methodical in teaching which body part required to perform swimming basics
Excellent! Just had my first private with Marta. After confirming that I could swim, she was quick to adapt her drills and delved straight into providing feedback on refining my techniques.
I appreciate how patient and encouraging she was throughout the entire lesson. Would recommendPerfect! Marta is a great teacher! She has a lot of knowledge and is very passionate about swimming. Perfect! Amazing coach, all 3 children participated throughout the whole lesson and enjoyed the time in the pool.
