About Mark
I have learned there is no substitute for one on one teaching and learning. With inflation eating up my retirement savings every day I need a part-time job to keep me active and for the extra dough. I have a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Ky. University in Political Science, a Master's degree from Morehead State University in Secondary Education and an Honorary Doctor of Laws from my alma mater, Eastern Kentucky University for my work in education and the environment. I feel like I can surely add to a person's travels towards their destiny.

With fifty years of experience teaching and running weekly newspapers and my current online blog called thelevisalazer.com. We cover local events such as fiscal court, city council, school board, tourism and the local library board. Also interesting to our readers is a list of district and circuit court arrests, trials and indictments each week or whenever they are made public. In my years as a teacher and publisher I have trained more than 35 reporters and other newspaper workers as well as more than 3,000 students through the years. I have learned there is no substitute for one on one teaching and learning. With inflation eating up my retirement savings every day I need a part-time job to keep me active and for the extra dough.
