About Matthew
Hi! My name is Matthew, I'm 24 years old and I graduated with honours from the University of Bristol in 2019 with a BSc in Virology and Immunology, then in 2022 with an MSc (R) in Translational Health Sciences. Alongside this, I worked in a laboratory testing serum samples for autoantibodies which can help us predict when/if people will develop Type 1 Diabetes. I am now perusing a PhD in the medical ethics of screening for this disease, but have not forgotten my biology roots (or curriculum!).
I am a dedicated tutor with 2+ years experience, who will take the time to get to know you and how you learn, your strengths and areas you need to focus on to get the improvements you desire. I hope you'll find my sessions fun as well as educational, and I will always go above and beyond to try to help you anyway I can to help you achieve the goals you come to me with.
