About Delilah
Friendly guidance defines my teaching style. 13 years of performing and teaching have shaped how I explain complex techniques. I currently work with beginners to simplify classical repertoire and rhythm.
My students often seek help with orchestral playing, double stops, posture and hold, ear training, grade exam prep, music theory, spiccato, and staccato bowing. I really enjoy watching students find their own musical voice through the instrument.

New players often struggle to maintain a consistent hold while reading complex notation. Truthfully, the hardest part of starting is balancing physical relaxation with technical accuracy.
I use my Bachelor of Music from Queensland Conservatorium to break down these barriers through a diagnostic assessment before setting the practice plan. This foundation ensures that the mechanics become second nature as we progress. My goal is to keep things practical so you hear your own musical growth immediately. You will find that our time together focuses on clarity rather than just rote repetition.
