About Friederike

With 15 years of yoga practice and a certification from Yoga Alliance (TT200) in 2022, I bring a well-rounded understanding of Vinyasa flow and mindfulness to my teaching. My international background and yoga education in Germany influence my approach, which emphasizes personalisation and attentiveness.

I have been exclusively teaching 1:1 or small group sessions in person, tailoring each class to individual needs. Whether you’re new to yoga or experienced, I aim to create a supportive and professional environment where you can deepen your practice and find balance.

About the lesson

What can you expect from my classes?
I offer a blend of foundational poses, guided by mindfulness and your personal intention for practicing yoga. My Vinyasa flow incorporates smooth transitions, allowing your body to naturally find rhythm, alignment, and ease. Each class is crafted to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and lighter—both physically and mentally.

Techniques and Teaching Methodology:
My teaching style centers on active Vinyasa flow, blending mindful movement and breathwork to create a balanced practice. Each session is tailored to your needs—whether you prefer gentle stretching, a more dynamic flow, or specific guidance on improving balance and relieving stress.

With experience in essential oils, I can incorporate aromatherapeutic elements into your practice for a more holistic experience, if desired.
I typically teach in German (my native language) and aim to create a relaxed, exploratory environment. We’ll approach each session with curiosity and openness, embracing the journey and perhaps even sharing a laugh as I refine my yoga-teaching vocabulary!

Class Duration: Typically, sessions last 60 minutes, but I’m flexible and can adjust based on your needs and availability.

Qualifications & Experience: I’m a certified yoga teacher (TT200) through the international Yoga Alliance. With a background in coaching and self-development, I bring a holistic, personalized approach to each class, blending the physical and reflective elements of yoga.

Who are these classes for? My classes are open to all levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. I welcome adults of all ages who want to enhance flexibility, balance, and strength, or simply carve out time for relaxation and mindfulness in their busy lives.
