About Ane
I have been practicing yoga/pilates on off for years. 10 years ago I discovered Bikram and have never looked back. I did my first yoga teacher training in 2016. Adding on to my pt cert 3 & 4 from 2010. I have since done reiki, yin, kids yoga and pilates to name a few. I am currently working w kids w autism, and teaching in a few different places,including a school and w private clients.

I want to teach, what I want to learn. It should be challenging but also have have a balance. In pilates our strenght component comes first teaching you to engage the right muscles, finding the right posture preventing injury. Working with the body you have today to improve it for tomo.
