About Diana
I began practicing yoga in 2019, when I initially moved to Australia. I decided shortly after to pursue being a yogini full time.
Through yoga I was able to change my lifestyle, creating new and healthy habits to become a better version of myself.
I have never felt more alive, happier and stronger than I do through yoga and I wish to pass on these benefits to everyone who is willing.

Objection:
My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment for participants to center and bring their authentic selves to the mat.
Structure:
We begin the class with an inquiry or an intention, a small focus to contemplate through the entire practice.
During the class, we explore a nice range of yoga postures, practicing each of these dynamically and statically.
Classes will initially feature a warm-up sequence, followed by more demanding/balancing postures and inversions, and wind down with gentle stretches and twists.
For classes that are longer than 45 mins, I look to introduce breathing exercises which are very beneficial for the overall wellbeing.
Level & Duration:
Classes are bespoke to align with individual schedules (typically 45-90 mins) and are intended for beginner - intermediate levels, offering props and modifications to work with physical limitations and injuries. Once the relationship is established, I tailor classes based on individual fitness levels, needs and preferences.

I cannot recommend Diana more for providing a calming, mindful and overall great yoga experience each and every time you do a lesson with her. She is very accommodating with varying skill sets and what sets her apart is that she goes above and beyond to ensure a tailored lesson for you, including preparing specific poses beforehand that she thinks will be beneficial to your individual needs. She is patient and very attentive to your progress and how you feel throughout the lesson, either intensifying or slowing down the practice to suit you on the day. She always makes sure that you are comfortable and has great knowledge on the postures and what they can do for your body. Not only a wonderful teacher but also a great yoga practice companion.
Diana will make you feel comfortable from the moment you meet her. With her soothing voice guiding you through every move, you'll feel relaxed throughout the practice especially during her guided meditations. Most importantly, she will tailor fit your practice to your skill/experience in yoga.
I am currently 36 weeks pregnant and have been practicing Yoga through Diana's guidance ever since I am 26 weeks and she has been nothing short of exceptional.
Diana takes pride in what she does which you can definitely see during the sessions. She is very calm, collected and patient - which allows me to trust her work especially me being pregnant.
What makes her a great teacher is that she cares for her students and goes above and beyond for them which shows how passionate she is with her grind.
I could not fault her whatsoever as I can definitely feel changes in my body as well over the past 10 weeks of pregnancy yoga - I have lesser strains, night cramps and adopted improved breathing techniques to prepare myself for labour.
I believe she accommodates for all yoga levels as well so I definitely recommend Diana if you're looking to try something new or even to challenge yourself.Diana is an amazing yoga teacher! I’m a beginner and she makes it simple so I could do it and slowly increases the level by just a little to push your limits if possible. She will always assist if there are any difficulties when doing any moves, she guides her students one step at a time so that the students get it right and won’t feel any pressure. I highly recommend Diana as she will be able to guide you through serenity as you do yoga with her.
I have practiced Yoga under Diana's guidance for a while now and she is Amazing!
Diana is very friendly, knowledgeable, engaging and most of all patient, which was perfect for me as a beginner.
I had a long standing shoulder injury that Diana helped me with, by offering alternative positions and stretches that complimented my weaker areas and most importantly, in time, made my shoulder feel better than it has since I initially injured it.
We are now practicing at a slightly more advanced level and Diana has tailored new routines for me that let me tap into new postures that I previously had difficulty with.
I look forward to my weekly sessions with Diana, because she is able to ground me and help me be fully present every single time.

I had never had the opportunity to do yoga before the sessions with Diana, I am now at three sessions with her and I still find it incredible. She was able to adapt to my flexibility by finding solutions to make the exercises easier. she is a very good teacher, who makes you want to surpass yourself and progress more. i recommend her to you
