About Patricia
Hello future students! My name is Patricia , and I'm a yoga instructor. I'm not sure if you could tell by just looking at me, but I am absolutely passionate about yoga and everything it has to offer!
From the moment I stepped onto my first yoga mat over 6 years ago, I was filled with an eager longing to learn, to practice and to grow. I understand the power of yoga because I have experienced the profound, life-altering effects it can have on both the mind and body. I became devoted to yoga because I truly believe in its capacity to bring positive transformation.
This is why I wanted to become a yoga instructor. I wanted to share my love for the practice and be at service of those who desire to explore yoga for themselves. Through my teachings, I will guide you to develop your own inner connection and feeling of harmony.
My classes incorporate pranayama, meditation and a series of asanas specifically tailored to bring about mindfulness and balance. Whether you are new to yoga or have already been practicing for a while, I provide guidelines and encouragement that is appropriate for all levels.
As a teacher and student of yoga, I understand the importance of respect, self-love, balance, acceptance and peace. My goal is to provide an encouraging environment that lifts your spirit and brings joy to your practice.

I'm so excited to have the opportunity to share with you why I'm passionate about private yoga instruction.
My approach to teaching is based on a foundation of love and devotion to my students and their practice. I'm committed to creating an atmosphere of mindfulness and growth, because the greatest satisfaction comes from learning, healing, and transforming within.
From helping beginners build their foundational poses to deepening an experienced practitioner's practice, I'm passionate about fostering individual guidance that is tailored and specific to each student's needs. Everyone's journey is unique and it's my job to help you find the connection and empowerment that comes from within your individual practice.
When I work with you privately, I get to truly understand your goals, and help you set a course to reach them. I use specialized yoga tools--like meditation, breathwork and postures--to bring your body and mind into harmony and create a feeling of relaxation and centeredness. I’ll also coach you through self-awareness and finding strength within yourself, so that you can get the most out of each practice.
My approach is built not just on a physical practice but also on a mental, emotional and spiritual journey. Together we'll create a safe space to explore your boundaries and discover the power of connecting your mind to your body.
