I am a kindergarten Teacher and a student counsellor. I have several years of experience behind me which makes it benefial in the field of yoga too. I have also taught Spanish beginners levels as a teacher. It has been an absolute delight.

My teaching is based on individual needs. I personalise each sessions to the needs to the group or the individual. I also do parent- kid yoga classes across Melbourne. These classes to base to bring about focus, strength, calmness over a period of time. The benefits of yoga are limitless. As an Indian teacher, I focus on the way yoga has been taught traditionally providing optimum benefits.
