About Tori
I am a 200hr certified yoga teacher, having studied in India (the motherland of Yoga) I have been practicing yoga for 8 years now, and this is only just the beginning of my lifelong yoga journey.
I have also undertaken Trauma Sensitive teacher training, benefiting those how have suffered from the repercussions of trauma, whether that be emotional, physical, etc. This enables me to provide the most nurturing and safe class possible, catering to everyone.
