I am a certified yoga teacher with over 1000 hours teaching experience having taught to people from different backgrounds and demographics. Having taught classes in group, private and corporate settings I am versatile with my teachings and can address different skills level and needs.

My teaching method depends on the students and his/her needs. I have experience and love guiding students into a deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra; I also really enjoy mantra chanting, the Buddhist Vipassana meditation as well as various kundalini meditation techniques.
