About Rasha
I first began my Yoga practice in 2009 and developed a love for the practice over time leading me to do my teacher training in India in 2015. This was an intensive 200-hour teacher training over 4 weeks, which focused on Astanga and Hatha styles. Upon my return, I opened my own studio in Wangara for 6 months in 2016 and later transitioned to more private sessions.
In 2017 I completed a 100-hour teacher training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps, blending my traditional training with a modern approach.
I have taught classes for small group fitness gyms as well as for F45 Subiaco and Wembley members.
