About Juan
I am Juan Carlos, a latin american from Colombia. I have been teaching yoga since 2015b but I really started to teach traditional yoga from India in 2019 after my yoga teacher training in Vidy Yoga Gurukul in India, where I got two diplomas, Yoga Teacher Training (250 hours) and Advance Diploma in Yoga (250 hours). I have the opportunity to attended Yoga Nidra course, at Shankra Prasad, India.
I am a proffesional in management and computer teaching in Colombia. Now, I am in Sydney and I would be very nice to start teaching around. All are welcome.

Teaching yoga is a proffesion and teachers must do it with love to help students get their objectives. I am a professional yoga teacher, love what I do and teach with love. All are welcome. Yoga lesson is 1 hour.
I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra (relaxation, mindfulness and meditation) and restorative yoga.
I am highly experienced yoga teacher including teaching advance breathing techniques (Pranayama).
Qualification:
• Yoga Nidra basic course, Shankar Prasad, India. August 2018.
• Hatha yoga basic course, Shankar Prasad, India. August 2018.
• Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training (250 hours), Yoga Vidya Gurukul, India. September 2018.
• Advance Diploma in Yoga (250 hours), Yoga Vidya Gurukul, India. March 2019.
