Hi , my name Sudhir Kumar. I am here to explain you my methods of teaching.
1. I try to understand the student mental level. According to there mental level i explain the topics in different different ways so that students understand the topics in a better way.
2.then i give questions on the base of perticular topic.
3. In homework i give them some more questions and revision work.
4. Every end of the weeki take test. Through test i am able to analyse the student improvement.
