I bring 13 years of experience to help you navigate the fretboard with confidence.
Soloing becomes an act of expression rather than a technical chore under my guidance. We look at blues progressions to understand the soul of the guitar. Fingerpicking patterns serve as our gateway into deeper musical fluency.
Acoustic technique is prioritized so that your hands move with ease. Every student learns how to care for their gear properly. You gain the skills to tackle challenging sheet music without the usual anxiety. The focus stays on keeping the energy high while we refine your unique voice."

"Completing a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Music at AIM provided the technical foundation for my guitar practice. 13 years spent in Australia playing Latin guitar and singing in Spanish shaped my signature groove. Blues progressions and electric technique come naturally after two decades of performance.
I integrate ear training and reading sheet music to ensure a complete understanding of the instrument. Acoustic technique and fingerpicking are staples of my daily routine as a musician from Guadalajara. Grade exam prep and improvisation are also regular parts of what I do. You will find that my approach to teaching remains grounded in the physical reality of the guitar."
