About Ezra
"Teaching feels natural when you have played 377 students worth of gigs. I keep things simple and direct.
Reading sheet music and mastering chord transitions are the foundation of my method. I also cover barre chords, scales, modes, and lead guitar work. Music theory provides the map for everything we do. My experience relies on consistent practice habits that build real results over time."

"You receive a diagnostic skills check during our first meeting to see where you stand. I look at your current tuning, maintenance habits, and rhythm guitar comfort before we build the plan. My approach blends 12 years of gigging with the essential theory required to play well. We usually learn through your favorite songs rather than dry drills.
It is quite a shift from how most people learn guitar. I prefer keeping things loose and focused on the sounds you actually want to create.
My background as a self-taught player means I know the common roadblocks you will face. We tackle those hurdles together using my own proven tricks. Playing guitar should be as casual as hanging out at the pub."
