About Patty
Absolute beginners often perform BETTER when they stop trying to memorize the periodic table. My 4 years of experience helps me simplify inorganic and physical chemistry for board exam students and younger learners. Kids frequently find stoichiometry frustrating until we isolate the logic of chemical bonding.
I hold a BSc Biomedical Science from ANU and am finishing my MD. This academic background informs how I explain electrochemistry or acids and bases. I enjoy seeing students finally grasp the underlying principles.

Effective teaching requires stripping away unnecessary jargon to reveal the core mechanics. Most students struggle because they overcomplicate the basic laws of physical chemistry.
My approach is disciplined and precise. I provide free access to my reaction-mechanism and formula notes for all 87 of my past students and current learners. I bring my clinical training to our study of bonding patterns. I value efficiency in our sessions.
