About Katerina
My goal is not only to teach you practical Greek for your holidays, but also to help you boost your confidence when you speak a foreign language. As a Certified Professional Coach, I use active listening while teaching my mother tongue. I hold a Ptychion (BA) in English, a Master in Machine Translation and a Doctorate in Computational Linguistics. During my professional career in multinationals, I have been involved in IT training for adults and I have received a distinction from the Learning &Performance Institute, UK. I have taught English and Greek to children between 8-14 years old (individual sessions or in a private school) and adults. I also speak English, French and Spanish.

During our first virtual meeting, I invite you to tell me about your specific needs and then I create tailor-made content. The course takes place in a structured and fun way, focusing on oral expression and linking to the local culture. The goal is to learn the Greek language by taking a virtual trip to the islands, archaeological sites, cities and nature, and to practice while having fun.
